There is absolutely nothing wrong with the system. Posting is not the only factor. Please learn to read stickies.

The activity number is determined in this way:
time = number of two-week periods in which you've posted since your registration
activity = min(time * 14, posts)

Activity is updated every 30 minutes.

Pretty much this although the old system you could become a hero then when activity came in rapid demotion

Seems like "old" system wasn't too good isn't it a reason why there is new one?

Well that all depends on how many posts it would take to become one, but I like this system so you can't spam your way through the ranks.

The good thing is most of his posts are in the altcoin section, that I don't care lol.
