I require the real name and address of this man, his DOB and other info that can help me find him will not be awarded a full bounty but will be awarded a partial bounty based on good merit. Ok if you only have a photo, you will need him to be registered on a photo recognition system on google which one dont exist right now , and thank god it doesnt.   Privacy being destroyed daily
