Hello all,
I am looking to purchase some land in South America somewhere. It is quite flexible on country location but I have in mind Peru, Argentina or Chille but I am willing to look at other areas. Ideally I am looking for a plot of land that has not been built on but has the permission to be or that permission can be acquired. My desire for the land would be to be on a river source or located near the sea as I have a house boat and would be interested in mooring up there.
Initially this is a feeler put out to see what if any land people have available for sale and what legal requirements I would need to adhere by to do this all correctly and above board.
I would like to pay in BTC or PPC and am willing to pay a fair price for the land on offer.
So let me know what you have and how much you want for it.
Many thanks
Fuzzybear

lol no not at all!! You will see I was a bitcoin adopter in April 2012, but have spent 90% of my time in the Peercoin community, and you can see from my involvement there that I would not have the time to run a successful drug dealing opperation, really the truth of it is I am just fed up with the UK tbh ... poor weather, high priced goods, high taxes, bad government decisions get to you after many years. I am rather nomadic in my lifestyle so it is easy for me to relocate, live on houseboat etc. Also looking to immerse myself in spanish speaking culture ideally to become more fluent in Spanish. Not sure what else to say to defend my position, this is a serious request, even if its a case of someone pointing out I would need a work permit to live there more than 6 months or something. Early days of me looking so any info helpful. Fuzzybear

Jeff Berwick is involved with the Galt's Gulch Chile project. Empty lots are being sold, but not located on the waterfront. It's located about a 30 minute drive from the ocean, IIRC. He also sells condos in Acapulco, Mexico and he's mentioned that he'll be announcing some more Galt's Gulch projects in other areas in the future.
