We began the development in December 2013 and we reached impressive results.

You're right - this appears to be Scrypt mining hardware, and this thread probably belongs in:
Bitcoin Forum > Other > Alternate cryptocurrencies > Mining (Altcoins)
Though I suspect many are looking here because that sub doesn't have a Hardware-specific sub

So EHS, this first miner shipping in June of this year is a FPGA Scrypt miner that'll basically fund your future 28nm Asic Scrypt miner?

Well, at least you're only asking 40% deposit on the pre-order, instead of the full robbery!

We would not sell our prototype because FPGA technology is expensive and it will not be profitable compared to ASIC.
We will convert the FPGA to ASIC which will enable us to have a great power of Hash and  low energy consumption .
Once we have validated the correct operation of the prototype and signed the contract with our ASIC partner we will open the preorders to fund our futur Asic Scrypt Miner.
Note that we will limit pre-orders to ensure a good quality of service to our customers and to support the network.

And today I ordered five gridseeds for 500 usd that will arrive on sat the 19th and hash at about 1750khs for the five using about 40 watts.
