This coin is under an EMBARGO!  20 minute block times as the blocks have to break through the Embargo to be rewarded.  220 blocks for coin creation (3 days for coin creation) as the blocks slowly find their way around the Embargo.  5 confirmations for all other transactions.

Block Rewards
The block rewards start low (50 EBG) as the Trade Sanctions are pretty tight at the launch (and to have a fair launch).  Trade sanctions start loosening on the coin every 251 blocks (every 3.4 days) and coin reward goes up by 50 until block 2268 (31.5 days from launch) when max coin reward of 500 is reached at which point Trade

Sanctions start increasing on the coin every 6480 blocks (Approximately every 90 days) cutting the reward in half until we go into a Full Embargo and only 1 coin is created every block.

Failing is kind of what Embargos do right?  So to fail will be just as magnificent as success.

But it does bring what a lot of people complain about other coins not having.  Lower block reward, less supply.  But to give that with a short block time seems like too much of a handout.  We are going to make you work and wait for the few coins available if you want them.

No Pre-mine, no IPO, no Country, no BS, just a coin with less supply than some and longer time between blocks.  A coin to have some fun with, so come experience the Embargo, have some fun, maybe someday we'll even get on an exchange and you can trade it for other coins, but we'll get to that when we get there.

That's awesome, thank you!  And we are doing EBG not EBC, but I assure you that we are legit and not trying to hide anything.  But then all the other dev's lately that have done bad things have all appeared to be legit too.  I definitely encourage everyone to look over the source code once it is released this Friday 5/9.  I want to stay honest and have a successful coin launch, but I do realize the scrutiny that is on all new coins after the last few that have had issues.  We also should have a pool available for pre-registration within the next day as I work on getting everything else setup for the launch.


And nothing nefarious in the code to stop trading or coin creation, just slow block times and smaller coin rewards every 90 days once we reach the peak of coin creation.
