CRYPTSY THIEVES

Hi everyone,

This is a diary of how cryptsy stole me and about how THEY take care of their customers and I'm not a shy trader ... Several BTC volume a month. (under 5).

It's a long thread because it's complete.

1st: I explain how the problem began. It was during the 'system update'

2nd: My discutions with cryptsy support in trollbox, support chat, and ticket messages.

This part 2 is quite long but I highlited the conversations from the troll box, to resume they just tune out, turn a deaf ear. And the support: same thing.

3rd: Strange things related to my situation.

POINT 1

The story begins with a double amount of blackcoin. Withdrawed to mintpal and confirmed. So I had a negative balance on BC.



Then I canceled pending orders of diamonds, not refund. Then some minutes later, canceled orders were refund, then the amount grew up from 140 to 1400-2500 step by step. I wanted to withdraw it but that didn't work because my BC balance was negative. I bought 209 BC to get it back at 0 then withdrawed DMD. DMD balance still grew up, I initiated a second withdawal of DMD and 2 of BTC. Balance keep growing up, I sell these, about 440.



Then my BTC balance turned insane, just like HBN after canceling pending orders but I didn't took care of HBN. My real BTC balance displaid again so I made the 2 withdrawals I talked above. Except BC every withdrawal is canceled after trades paused. During the insane balances I bought 1700 PHS at 27K-28K satoshis, then the balances stopped to turn insane and trading have been paused. Now my balances are:

- 598 DMD
- 0.25 BTC

estimated portfolio - 0.06 BTC, it was + 0.06 some hours ago but PHS price was droped

I would pay the negative balances, because I own DMDs and can cover the BTC negative balance BUT they hold a 1101 PHS deposit, so I have 2.8K PHS on cryptsy and I hate that situation, THEY JUST HOLD MY POS ALTCOIN.

Now there are selling walls on DMD and PHS for droping price and avoid it to go up, I dunno about the other markets since cryptsy just stole me I don't use it as they don't refund my deposit. What they hope and this is readable on markets for an expert's eye is that I sell my 27K sat PHS at 20K-16K sat. I will even not be able to buy it back cheap because I'm in negative right now.



I won't place no more considerable amounts on cryptcheat, I'm far from being a lonely traped dumb ass, and people have lost more considerable amounts on this creepy exchange all I want is to get my 1K PHS deposit to cover my negative balances to withdraw all my PHS and then GOODBYE CRYPTCHEAT.

And you can read how they take the deal. I give to your consideration how they deal with their customers

21:04Braeden  Okay, so in order to fix your negative balances you will simply need to buy back into a positive account. So for DMD you sold into a negative balance but received the BTC for it. You also bought PHS with BTC and bought too much causing you to go into a negative balance in BTC. Simply sell the PHS back into a positive balance of BTC.

21:04Braeden  You most likely traded "extra" coins that were given to users in error yesterday when we were performing maintenance on our trading system.

I'll stop to report because it's always the same thing they're thieves. They're dishonest and fix problems as cryptorush, I mean not seriously. And yeah I traded with negative balances, so you may think I stole them. But the fact is that they were holding up a PHS deposit yet. And in the Maths they just cheated THEY STOLE ME. Why do you guys think they don't keep every single canceled placed order in memory ?

As for your BTC and DMD negative balance it looks like you over sold the coins. The information below
is from your BTC and DMD full ledger. It shows that within minutes from each other you were able
to trade your coins and the system did not realize soon enough that you did not have enough
coins to cover for the trades you made. Hence the negative balance. The coins you traded it
with were credited, all you have to do now is use those coins to buy more BTC/DMD or you can
deposit more BTC/DMD to correct the negative balance.

I have checked the ledgers and saw that your system states same second trades, I never noticed.

Now, let's speak in other words I don't understand what you tell me about 'oversold' coins. What I understand is that your system failed. You let me withdraw BC wich made my balance negative. Then I couldn't withdraw BTC, DMD because of BC negative balance. So I bought back BC initiated withdrawals of BTC and DMD. I saw they weren't confirmed on block explorer and didn't arrive where expected I've been fished and so I turned these BTC and DMD into PHS. I don't get why my balances are negative. And so your system failed wich caused all that mess and now you want me to pay because your system failed ? I understand that the system gave me 'extra coins' and you want me to pay what I was given ? This is called compulsory sale. Isn't it ?

Second problem is that you hold a deposit of PHS too. When I sent you this deposit PHS price was 27000 satoshis. Now it's 18000 satoshis. You (cryptsy, staff) are responsible of 1100 x 9000 satoshi lost wich is 0.099 BTC. Do I claim you pay for this ? Nope, what I want is that you just stop to hold up my deposit. So if you assume you want to force me to pay for your system failure, you should pay me for your system failure too. You pretend that I took advantage of your system and so I must pay but your system has taken advantage of me too so I repeat if you assume I must pay you have to compensate for my lost on PHS. And if price go to 16000 satoshis before you released my deposit, it will be 11000 x 1100 = 0.121 BTC compensation. I dunno how do you think you can steal me so easily when you can't run a money exchange.

Then price went from under 30K satoshis to 170K s, almost 6x the price that I couldn't take profit but cryptsy could.

We're gonna dive into strangest facts. So incredible. That's maybe coincidences I dunno. But you know, coincidence after coincidence makes no coincidence.

When they released my PHS deposit I wanted to withdraw it so I bring my BTC balance into positive and started to refund DMD. I would have mined 5 days more to put it back to 0. But DMD price went from 27K satoshis to 170K s. dmdpool has 'closed' stated as in maintenance mode for a week now.

You can see how the price was tweaked: I refund about 85% of DMD but that made about - 15% of BTC value ...
