I really like BTC-e API. What about you guys?

Cryptsy api, the best. Btc-e api are poor (i'm working on them now). Example : you can't get market list. You must pre-load all market in your programs.

I like btc-e. But it lacks some methods. Like a list of all the currency pairs or the fee for a potential order.

I like Bter.com API because it allows you to get trading pairs and all tickers with one call. Only issue is when placing order, atm the returned ID is meaningless and you must make another call to get the real order ID.

Biggest issue with Btc-e API is that you have to query all tickers separately, otherwise nice API.
