Sorry, my magazine do not have enough money to pay out 5 BTC for a cartoonist. Occasionally, money have to come out of my own pocket.
I'm happy to do ad-hoc stuff whenever you feel like it too. This is fun. - shazow

Oh man that's a hard one. I'll think about it. Let me know if you have any specific ideas for this one. - shazow

There are 5 members. Alvaro is the lead singer and guitarist, and looks like harry potter, Ben is the bassist and looks like an animal (see the facebook pictures or Veloriomusic.com), Adrian is the percussionist (congas/timbales) and a recent college graduate with glasses, Jason is the black drummer (you could play up his "blackness"), and I am Eric, the bearded Philosophy student who plays keyboards/synthesizers, guitar and sing backups...
Also, be sure to make the VELORIO letters rather large (maybe like 2x as big as the characters)
Thanks! -EP
Here you go: https://i.imgur.com/JeZMMl.jpgHope that works for you. Unfortunately I didn't feel comfortable personalizing the stickfigures to your band members (I don't feel like I got a good enough impression to do that effectively). - shazow

Hilarious! The Satoshi comic gave me a good lol this morning. I think you're going places! Once I've got more than a few bitcoins myself, I'll be here with a suggestion and a bounty.
Edit: Also, you may consider putting all of your bounty-drawings on a website?
Thank you sir! I need to figure out an optimal path to these said places. I look forward to your commission. A website isn't a bad idea, I have some of my other stuff on my blog but I think this thread has gotten way more attention than my sketchbook on my blog ever did. Do you think I would be better off making a dedicated one? I'd be happy to set you up one at Bitcoin Bazaar at no charge. Just send me a PM here or a message via contact form over there.

I would like a drawing that is not exactly bitcoin related. Rather, it would picture a caricature of the difference between capitalism and communism. At least in my mind. Both pictures would represent a circle of armed men, with a worker inside. The worker can do anything, for instance he can mine something (not bitcoins, the idea is that he has to be a symbol of labour). In the communist version, guns are pointed inside the circle. Towards the worker, preventing him from escaping. And the worker has a unhappy face In the capitalist version, guns are pointed outside the circle. They aim at protecting the worker's product of labour. The worker has a happy face. No legend. I'll add it myself. 2 BTC.

Should it include some sad people outside of the capitalist circle looking in, and some looking out? Say Canadian corporations affected by the differences in copyright laws between the US, or vice versa (Pandora/Hulu/etc). Or entrepreneurs who want to start a business in the US but can't do it due to immigration laws. I'll whip up a draft in the next few days. - shazow

Hey Kiba, sorry for stagnating on you. I really haven't been able to come up with a good idea for that. The whole notion of one-way public encryption and private decryption is really weird to represent IRL. It's like being able to speak a foreign language but not understand it. Actually that just gave me an idea. Ok ok, I'll have something for in a couple of days too. (I think Monday will be a drawing day.) - shazow

I like the version where the guns are pointed around the circumference of the circle, and everyone shoots when the signal is given.

I'd like to keep the drawing as simple as possible.
