There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, but full nodes are more resource-heavy, and they must do a lengthy initial syncing process. As a result, lightweight clients with somewhat less security are commonly used.

You have a lot of nerve to call other people scammers when you are one yourself.

You stole people's money and called them donations. You are acting irresponsible and unethical. You are scammers.

This rule written on the main page.

No. It isn't. The only content on the "main page" is "Bets from 0.01 to 0.3 BTC". It doesn't say anything about seizing (donating) of funds, nor does it provide a warning before betting.

Not even mentioning the text is small on some browsers and may not be visible to everyone.

We don't recommend to play anyone who have a problem with amounts below 0.01 BTCs

So return the amount of Bitcoin accidentally sent by users who did not see the small notice.

This is a standard ethical approach for companies; one which you are not following. You specified before that you would return the funds, and now you have changed your mind.

The above messages sent by yourself should be a sign to all users... not to use UpDown.BT

Where do you get all the data?

From the universe.

And so we have absolutely no way to verify the prices and exchange rates...  Undecided

To say something like "I'm sorry but I get too many bets under .01 BTC so I have to keep it, and I'll donate it to charity" would be a lot better than "tough **** I'm keeping it and saying you donated it to me."

Updown is sketchy, PERIOD, especially after the sig campaign stuff they tried to pull.

Exactly! It's obviously done as a way for extra profit. They run a website that they themselves (apparently) programmed. A simple script to send back transactions sent under minimum automatically should be no problem to create programmatically.

I usually don't gamble like this but i saw it on the blockchain today and thought id give it a try. I like the site its fresh, simple and cool.

I looked at the whole site in under 2 minutes and fully understood the minimum bet and maximum and how to bet on a binary option.
I did bet on AUD rising so i set .1btc it was placed the instant i sent it and i could see it tracked on their website. As a bonus i won .175 and it was in my BTC account within the normal 10 block confirmation time i guess.

That seems normal to me so they can confirm it was not a fraudulent bet but as they say it does not disrupt actually placing the bet and it was all very streamline. So good luck to the devs and warning to noobs, read the site and understand what it is you are doing before you send money anywhere and your life will be much more pleasant!

NOTE TO OP: change the "payouts in 60 seconds" on this thread please it is misleading, i can however understand why you havent been back here with some of the tardness that has drenched the thread!

Donations was used the right way — service got an improvement and now all the bets that are below minimal will be returned with miner's fee deducted.

Unfortunately we didn't become a billionaires with this "below minimal bets". Overall amount of this bets is smaller than 0.5 btc. Now all the bets that are below minimum will be returned with miner's fee deducted.
