what you mean by Lv2 is enough?
i applied for lv2 in first 200 users and you are going to ignore my apply?
is it your fair distribution?
i appreciate for the coins you have just sent me, if you think im not qualified by your rules, i will send them back
but if i am qualified by your rules, you must send me one more stake

If your disk is burned, the only thing that could "burn" is electronics. So go to ebay or ebay like site and search for exactly the same model of HDD. Buy it, change electronics from working one to dead one and it should boot without problems. Remember that your data (and wallet) are still present on magnetic disks. Remember that not only visible electronic could burn. Inside of HDD there is little electronic head driver which you may also want to replace (but this isn't easy part so first try to change ouside electronic and check if it's working).
