I've had no news. I sent emails to bitminers (sales and support) and did not respond. I called the phone and do not respond.
I have already put my complaint http://www.ic3.gov/complaint/default.aspx.
All affected, you should make a complaint there (Unity is strength)

Bump for some truth....

What a bunch of scumbags....meanwhile I keep wondering if people may still be sending them money.

Bitminers seems to be an epic scam.

Hmm... I think these are the same guys that ran the bitcominers scam, see https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=399608.0
The site and ideas are very similar. "Genuine" looking pics here and there, free shipping on hardware, selling hardware under original price and that's not even out yet (Butterfly Monarchs, right?!), cloud mining offers for absolute (too) great prices, and I can continue with more similarities

If you were defrauded by this company then hopefully you sent funds using wire transfer.  Have your bank contact theirs with the wire information.  You must work through your bank.  They can put a claim on the funds and request a wire reversal.

I was defrauded for one of the LTM-X6 units and am working to get my money back now.  I have already reported the information to the FBI through the IC3.gov website and the BBB in Austin.  I don't believe any of their information is correct other than the bank info provided for the wire.

I have contacted their bank in England and was told that the account should have been frozen and their fraud department is looking into it.

If you paid using Bitcoin, then I am not sure what to tell you.  Due to the nature of Bitcoin itself, it is most likely a total loss.
