Did you back up your wallet.dat file or make a copy of your private key? If so, delete everything else in your appdata/goodcoin folder besides your wallet.dat and let it redownload the block chain. If you didn't backup your wallet.dat, then let it be a lesson learned...

Wallet appears to work fine for everyone else.
