Well this is partly true. But since this sceme has only been around for 10 days I think that it's quite early to worry. It also seems to be paying on time.

I feel like 90% of the people who "find" these HYIP are the owners themselves making the post about the site. Anyone else agree? Oh and I'd avoid this site, the payouts are beyond way too good to be true, at least make it a little believable to the stupid idiots for example who invested in BTC-arbs.

I don't think so.  This OP doesn't look like anything but someone who is trying it out and asking others to.

I tried it out with the minimum for 1 day, I am assuming I will get paid in the next 4 hours or so, if I lose $5 dollars of coin though at the end ah well, no worries.

This is true. I'm also getting some comission from my refferal but that all there is to it. I think I did what I should to warn about potential risks and what HYIP actually means.

And oh yes, listing a disclaimer by some newbie user saying they are not affiliated with the site is indeed 100% guaranteed to be the honest-to-god truth. Heaven forbid I missed the all truthful disclaimer.

Claims to have 105%-125% return after 1 day.

Actual return after 1 day:

5%

I think they are claiming that your initial deposit is part of the 105% or whatever, so yes this site will last probably a long time, however I don't want to risk anything for 5%

With draw request sent, hopefully works out okay.

Yes. leex1528 is correct again. There are brackets for each plan. Depending on how big the amount eposited is, you get a bigger % back. Rates in the image are the maximum ones as mentiones in OP.  

But I wouldn't really say that they're not accurate. You get the promised rate depending on your deposit and plan.

Yes, but if I was promised a rate of 105%

If I were to deposit .01BTC I would expect .0205 back, not .0105.
