It takes an hour to update. The way activity is calculated:The activity number is determined in this way:
time = number of two-week periods in which you've posted since your registration
activity = min(time * 14, posts)
Activity is updated every hour.

time = number of two-week periods in which you've posted since your registration
activity = min(time * 14, posts)
Activity is updated every hour.
I had changed it in the OP when I had gotten a PM from a helpful user, but it looks like people cannot read info unless it is red  Added more dates to the OP, upto November, for those too lazy to open the spreadsheet ! |

You're forgetting one vital thing: Newbs don't tend to look or search for information first, they just post the question looking for a quick answer. Maybe this thread or something like it should be linked from one of the stickies, though. |

You're forgetting one vital thing: Newbs don't tend to look or search for information first, they just post the question looking for a quick answer. Maybe this thread or something like it should be linked from one of the stickies, though. Yes it is true that newbies don't use the search function as much as they should, but you have to admit that searching for something you are looking for is sometimes difficult. I have tried to find certain threads that I wanted to read at a later date, and I spend more time looking for it, than actually reading it... |
