Jhonen needs all the publicity he can get for his character seeing as Nickelodeon cut it back in 2002

I wouldn't say "needs", Jhonen is brilliant creator and although InvaderZim was way too short lived, I am sure he has plenty of other irons in the fire. As for the copyright "issues" AGAIN, no copyright materials were used and the name zimstake is not copyrighted.

I know Jhonen. He tends to get peeved when his works are used without permission. Really i would be more worried about Viacom they have lots of lawyers and they will be able to find the developers of this and probably will hit the exchanges that participate in it's distribution. Copyright infringement against that type of monster is very ill advised.
I'm not here to troll. As i said I know Jhonen, this probably won't go over well.

It is true that I am a big fan of the show, and would love to have the creators blessings. However, I would never attempt to steal anybody's creative works. I am no copyright expert, of course, but this coin's logo is an original design, unlike anything you will find related to invader zim. Also, this coin zimstake was never marketed or claimed any kind of connection to the show invader zim. It was just a fun idea I had.

If legit complaints arise from this, or if the creator expresses that he is displeased I will take the necessary actions to comply with their wishes. I have a great respect for jhonen and the work he does. I also thank you for your input!

However (this part is for everyone), until such problems do actually arise, I see no need for further discussion into the hypothetical.

Don't care for the Invader Zim reference (didn't even know what it was prior to ZS). As CryptoGir stated, "Zimstake" is not copyrighted, it's a nod, a wink - not a rip - so the name should be of no concern. The logo on the other hand could easily be modified if issues present.

I'm sure most of us are in ZS because of its specs, dev, and trade profits and potential market cap. The cartoon character is irrelevant.

Cinni is above 20k sat with $1.3 million market cap.

Current cap for ZS is $53k. A market cap of around $350k gets ZS to 20k sat.

We need to act quickly on a multipool and other initiatives to capitalise on the positives since launch.

Mintpal has reduced votes to 1 per hour but keep at it. ZS will soon break top 100.

Also - spread the word about ZS. Let people know we have a great trading coin, a committed dev, and growing community.
