yes you can do it , you can also pay in doge , and ltc (just go to bittrex buy some doge)= differents sending adress = it will be transfered quickly . email  you can use zebins.com . ip , for the ip adress = go to any wifi bar or your friend's adress , create a new pc account >> start button bottom left >> click on your account's name (computer) >>> create new admin account >> change username >> connect to new account = Done !!
