Things are not that simple. For example, companies which are based in the US will have to obey the orders from the American authorities. If the Americans order them reduce their investment in Russia, then they are liable to do that.

He pumped those damns coins every day , he first started with quark , milked everything from it then he started his own coin , got so many people investing in it and then he forgot about them all together while people who believe in his words were counting their loses.

These 'too big to jail' firms can do whatever in the hell that they want, knowing that Federal tax dollars will bail them out. When the markets crashed in 2008 and Paulson used his fear tactics to get them all bailed out for their fraud, Obama joined in and made it even better for them

If you are talking about the capitalist's point of view then you're right indeed. However, it's not true for capitalist society as a whole. Mercantilist system, for example, don't care about capitalist's point of view.  State is able to force capitalists to do whatever government want even without consulting with them.

Agree, Russia is huge, the climate is unusual and there are more than 140 million people.  In addition, there is a large military force, nuclear weapons and what not..
I don't see it is in the interest of the people to have a world war 3,  where millions of people would die. But maybe Hillary likes that to solve the financial crisis
