offshore bank ,
licence price is within mtgox's reach

they incorporate a bank, and do business with other banks,
like when teenager starts smoking cigarettes, to look like older guys,
then some of them will talk to him...

looks like it would solve some account freezings and wire transfers could go smoother,
sepa would not cause problems...

I do not know, just asking what are your thoughts on this...

Mt. Gox hasn't had any account freezes in some time. Even SEPA deposits are working.

to open a bank you need several million dollars in liquid cash at the very least - almost anywhere in the world
if you start offshore bank, you maybe limited in connectivity transacting with current established banking networks.
