Is it possible for devs to add the "Coin Control Feature" to the wallet software?

It seems very useful.

 overall, a new more functional wallet would be very encouraging.

    would it help if i said "pretty please with a cherry on top?"

When was the OP last updated?

CCX is not enlisted in coinswap since a while....
The title "4 exchanges" has nothing to do with reality...
Is the bounty for multipool still available???

But this was the dev's plan anyway...
a coin without any value at the beginning...

After syncing the blockchain up to around 2 days ago, I found the balance dropped A LOT. My current balance showed in wallet is slightly less than 40% of my original balance. Very weird.

I looked at the debug.log and found a lot of
Code:
WalletUpdateSpent found spent coin ?????????CCX
and many of them have duplicates, even with the same transaction id

It's apparently a wallet bug because I have only one "Sent-To" transaction since I started to adopt CCX.

Googling the keywords "WalletUpdateSpent found spent coin" I guess I encountered a situation similar to that described in
https://cryptocointalk.com/topic/6013-error-in-wallet-blocks-found-but-wallet-reports-spent-coins/
Spurious "spent coins" are deduced from my balance.

Could the devs please look into the problem and fix the issue? Thanks.

(I believe you can do a rescan on your wallet to see the same problem.)

Thanks a lot for the info. "Most" of my balance is now recovered.

The wallet says "Downloaded 199984 of 241640 blocks of transaction history (82.76% done)."

The hash of block 199984 is fa1416d527098a46f144dacb0c0256491a082a9de36f4f6c7eb647dd048275e6

With
Code:
getblockhash fa1416d527098a46f144dacb0c0256491a082a9de36f4f6c7eb647dd048275e6
I got the time of this block
Code:
"time" : 1409803602
which means "Thu, 04 Sep 2014 04:06:42 GMT"

It then doesn't make sense to me... Is the "time" returned in the getblock call the time the block was generated or not?

Does the blockchain synchronization follow the time sequential order to download blocks? I still have an unconfirmed incoming transaction in my wallet,  but the transaction was previously confirmed months ago.

 right, but your wallet probably  has not synched to that point yet - try to synch up fully, then do the repair again, with any luck ...

  sorry, i guess i thought it was a "given": get in synch before you attempt to do anything  Undecided

Yes. My point is that the timestamp of block 199984 is already 1409803602 ("Thu, 04 Sep 2014 04:06:42 GMT"), way after the time my incoming transaction was confirmed. It makes me to wonder that... it seems that the blockchain somehow got forked. Some nodes follow one branch and get around 199984. The others follow another branch and get around 241640 (or 251387).

Well... I am not sure what I am saying. Just a guess.

Here is my node list so far.

addnode=mitchellmint.com
addnode=201.217.52.34
addnode=192.99.167.40
addnode=75.145.121.37

Once I have a Clean Block Chain Made.  I will put it on Torrent.  You can download, cut, copy, paste it into the %user_app%\roaming\CornerstoneCoin\ folder.  Way faster than waiting for a Sync.

Ok. Now I am sure that the blockchain got forked. At least two branches exist now...

When I "got stuck" at block 199984 (in fact, it's already up-to-date for that branch, but the wallet reported out of sync because it observed some nodes have block height of 241640 or 251387), the hash of "block 199984" is
fa1416d527098a46f144dacb0c0256491a082a9de36f4f6c7eb647dd048275e6
and the time of this block is
1409803602 (Thu, 04 Sep 2014 04:06:42 GMT)

Now I am sync'ing with the longer blockchain (do the sync all over again), the hash of "block 199984" is
dc3443d45dbfaec290bb5747267b256999645a1443a4db97be02dbb7691802fd
and the time of this block is
1407342843 (Wed, 06 Aug 2014 16:34:03 GMT)

That means there are some (or many) nodes currently running on a wrong, i.e., (much) shorter, blockchain. The transactions made on a wrong blockchain will be eventually discarded. I believe this situation needs to be somehow resolved...

It was messy but no fork.  There wasnt one group of nodes that knew what was going on.  I added my world wide supernodes and updated the GIT Source with them.  You can compile now and get a good Sync if you know how.  There still are an overwhelming amount of stuck Wallets on the network.  I will have the blockchain available to download directly to bypass the snoozers.  Things should get better in the next 24 hours.

My "CornerstoneCoin.conf"

Code:
server=1
listen=1
daemon=1

rpcuser=MotleyCrew
rpcpassword=JumpStartMyHeart

addnode=mitchellmint.com
addnode=201.217.52.34
addnode=184.173.115.98
addnode=192.99.167.40
addnode=119.81.151.106
addnode=159.8.2.42
addnode=75.145.121.37

I will try to recompile everything tonight, and it will be available on Torrent.  Also I have a good blockchain too.
