Is there any payment processor around that accepts FIAT and converts to Bitcoin while paying merchant ? Just reverse of what bitpay does...

Oh thats new, you might wanna try bitpay I heard they do the opposite, but maybe if you call them you can have it reversed.

Wouldn't chargebacks be an issue for the payment processor as well.
