Bitcoin or Gold? What would you pick?

Trading in bitcoin is much better than gold , where you don't need knowledge to do trade altcoin/bitcoin.
As long as you have funds , and read the updates about coin , you can go with it.

I think if you have the knowledge of what you are trading either gold, altcoin, bitcoin, forex or the other of course the result will be good. but to me bitcoin or altcoin has a characteristic that is different from other commodities. That's why I chose to trade bitcoin

Trading bitcoin is safer in compare to trading altcoins, as even if price of bitcoin falls we know that if we hold it for long term then it will surely benefit us in future, but that same doesn't goes with altcoins.

Depends always on the trader because there are traders who likes to trade altcoins because it is more volatile and the price can even increase more than 100% in a given day, so it is just a matter of timing.

Altcoins trading is good but you need a lot of time to study and you will be dividing your focus unlike in trading online in bitcoin where you are only focus in one coin and you will study only the news about the bitcoin and will analyze the market as well.

Gold is for long run and bitcoin for short term, so I think investing in both of them is the right thing to do, as with bitcoin you can make good profits on daily basis and gold will take care of future.

i think bitcoin is both good for short term as well as for long term investment, as there is a very little fluctuation in the price of gold as compare to bitcoin therefore if you are going to invest money in gold for such a little income is not a wise decision, but as there is a lot of fluctuation in the price of bitcoin therefore investing in  bitcoin can give you a very decent income in the end.

well yes. altcoin trading can be starting with less knowledge if you have money to invest. but knowledge is always important. specially in trading. no matter if it is altcoin trading or bitcoin to $$ trading. you always need some knowledges to become a good trader.
anyway the truth is bitcoin trading is easier then gold trading.

I would really go for bitcoins. I am now confident on the growth of it. I do understand the value of gold kept increasing but the value of bitcoins is going up an down. But if you see the growth ratio of last few months before halving, the growth of it was up and was stable for few months. Really we could have seen a good profit if we had more money to exchange at that time. I really would go for bitcoins.

The upside to bitcoin far outweighs gold.  Gold is also far more expensive  to secure. I can have multiple encrypted  copies of my btc wallet in different  places, which reduces the costs.

Bitcoin can be stable at a moment but we cannot expect the same in future, it may fall to extreme level and if it does then it will be a huge loss for us, but with gold you can expect some good returns in long term.

I believe that both can be useful for different purposes. Gold is useful as a more stable way to store value, while the Bitcoin is a great option to transfer money to anywhere in the world, at very low cost and in an efficient manner.
