SFRDirect UpdateConcentrated SFR (cSFR) is now connecting and downloading blocks from the saffroncoind daemon. Next step is testing the burning process. We have decided on 1 SFR = 100 cSFR. Since we are not sure of how much SFR will be burnt, we need to have considerable amount of cSFR available to be used for future assets.

Hey guys, would like to tell you all that we are also working on an android wallet. An IOS wallet will also be released later. On our IRC channel, we have someone that has experience in IOS app development and will be helping us with an IOS wallet.

SFRDirect Development UpdateOur P2P Finance Platform, SFRDirect is nearing completion! We successfully tested the backend operation of the burn process by burning 0.01 SFR to get 11.0833 cSFR (concentrated SFR). In the below images, 0.01 SFR is burnt from an address to another address which does not contain a private key. We have defined that address to be : SaFFuJKbA91NPwiNfrf17MctVFtG96tGLn . During the burn process, SFR you burn will be sent to this address in exchange for cSFR.   Next phase of testing would be to buy cSFR from the decentralized exchange and setup the SFRDirect GUI based web wallet which you can access online and use this decentralized platform for your financial needs.

Hi all, SFRDirect is working well with commands. We are now setting up a front-end web wallet for it to access the backend. SFRDirect web wallet is compiled. We are setting up a federated node to run the web wallet.  |

SFRDirect Development UpdateAfter hours of bug fixing and compilations, the Federated Node setup for hosting the web interface of SFRDirect is done. ( whew)  After weeks of development, SFRDirect is almost around the corner. In a few days time, we will announce a release date once we successfully test all workings.  Regards Roshan

Nginx is being setup for SFRDirect to provide the interface for the decentralized exchange. Just a few more bugs to sort out and few dependencies to install to get SFRDirect rolling!

SFRDirect Development UpdateExciting news! We cleared the earlier bug and are pleased to say that the core coding and compilation of SFRDirect is complete. Just some testing phases to go now. You can have a sneak-peak of our decentralized exchange in the shots below. We will be integrating SFRDirect directly into your Qt Wallet. There are many coins that have in-built wallet trading but we will be the first to have an in-built wallet decentralized exchange! SFRDirect is Saffroncoin's financial platform based on the Counterparty (XCP) protocol. Decentralized Applications can be built as tokens on top of SFRDirect. SFRDirect Development UpdateWe are testing the sweeping of your balance from other addresses to your SFRDirect Address. You input your private key of your other address and your funds will be swept. In the current screenshot testing, 0.2 SFR is transferred from another wallet address to my SFRDirect address. Do note that the seed password for logging into your web wallet and other keys are not stored anywhere and are not transferred to the Internet. They are all generated in your browser using client-side Javascript. You can test this by even turning of your Internet Connection and generate your keys.

We turn 6 months old today! I guess during this timeframe, we are the only coin to have released more than any other coin.
We are proud to have pioneered many trends such as alias integration, first integrated webkit tech for fully-fledged exchanges and block explorer, currently the only wallet to integrate fiat payment through SFRPay.
Soon with SFRDirect, we will be the first to have a decentralized exchange built in the wallet!
And all this is just the beginning. A lot more stuff in the coming weeks and months!
Not many coins make it so far, but even though we do not have a huge community but a pretty strong one, getting this far wouldn't have been possible without you guys!
