I don't think the revenue is being paid every 6 hours. I only got 1 revenue payment and that was about 11hours ago. There has to be some issue?

I expect the revenue for 1 FeeShare for 6 hours is less than 1 Sat... so either it isn't paid, or it is just accumulated until it is at least 1 Sat before it is paid. It probably makes sense to change payments to weekly until the revenue of the site warrants more frequent payments.
Another reason why fee's should be paid in sharecoin and not in btc

I just looked at my history and I was payed FeeShare revenue a second time, at 9:29 today. Woot!

I'm curious, my FeeShare balance shows 0. Does everyone else who locked their FeeShare see that too?

Yes my FeeShare balance is also 0 after I have locked them.
I thought that this is normal  because you can't do anything (trade) with them in period of 30 days.
You can see your FeeShares under Interest menu.

@dev:
When the period of 30 days be over will the FeeShares
balance show again the number of shares in it?

Right, I guess I expected to see them in the "Held for Orders" column. Maybe it should be a "Held for Orders/Interest" column. Or just include locked orders in a "Held" column. But, it's a small issue.

This issue here is all the revenue (trade fees) is charged in bitcoin. So, the exchange would have to change the whole site to charge commissions in SHARE. Perhaps if they add a SHARE market everything bought/sold with SHARE then those commissions would be paid out in SHARE. But he is just paying the FeeShare's out in the same coin he collects the fees in. It makes sense to do it that way.

Nice suggestion Piloto, I will change the column's name to Held for Orders/Interest

I can't believe how lazy ppl are, waiting for their coin just to raise in value...
We have 300+ pages in this thread yet, only 600 votes on mintpal.

For real?

I'm not voting on mintpal yet.

You should, we won't be added anytime soon anyway. The first coins have near 20000 votes. If we can increase the votes from now, the less btc we will have to pay later when needed.

I wouldn't pay BTC to get it added either. When they want to add a particular coin, they'll add it no matter the votes or the BTC.
I witnessed how Zeitcoin got added to Cryptsy, the price rose then fell enormously. Cryptsy removed the BTC/Zeit market and left the LTC/Zeit market only. The price never rose much again. In fact I'm quite sure it hurt the coin to be listed on such a big exchange that early and without proper preparation.
Also, if Sharecoins are traded on Sharexcoin, that generates revenue which will be redistributed to the users. If most SHARE are traded on Mintpal, that revenue is lost to the community, imo. Mintpal will just keep the fees earned through the trades while Sharexcoin won't.

Lol, the adoption of the coin will remain small, traded between a hand of people, playing a game, who can buy cheapest and sell for the biggest prices...

Gosh...

Agree but..... i think that sharex has enough quality and concept to becone as big as mintpal, the only thing i would like to see is some of the big ones as Blackcoin or Darkcoin

Dude, you talk lots of nonsense...
Mintal will never add a coin without being voted, or if nobody pays them Smiley so dream on.

About what you're talking there, its BS.
Only weak coins die on big exchanges, coins that have nothing to offer...
Take a look at good coins, they always get bigger and bigger....

From my point of view you don't deserve the coins...
"Also, if Sharecoins are traded on Sharexcoin, that generates revenue which will be redistributed to the users. If most SHARE are traded on Mintpal, that revenue is lost to the community, imo. Mintpal will just keep the fees earned through the trades while Sharexcoin won't...."

Greed...

There are a lot of ppl who don't trust just any exchange...so the coin will lose them from start...

PS. I hope you sell your coins faster...guys like you...pfff

yeah, I just wrotre this edit cause I knew you'd accuse me of greed. You do that to everyone who doesn't share your opinion. Here it is:

I just realized you'll accuse me of being greedy for talking about the price of Zeitcoin rising and then falling. But that is not the case. I'm just looking for a stable and steady growth of a coin. I believe that's healthier for the coin and the community as a whole. I also believe being listed on mintpal in the near future will make the price rise for a moment and it'll make many people dump the coin which will not contribute to its stability. People might then lose confidence in the coin and the project.

Also, I'm no dude.

Also, from mintpal's voting page:

Quote
We reserve the right to add new markets outside of the voting system where we feel necessary.

and they've done that. Here's an example: http://highonpotcoin.info/mintpal-adds-potcoin-shown-fits-bill-perfectly/

Me, I'm greedy and I admit it. That's why I'm a successful investor.

I believe in volume and a coin starting up doesn't have enough volume to share between several exchanges. That's why a coin need time to mature in one good exchange to begin with and people wanting to buy it will go where they know it is, just like you and me did.
Later, when we become big like doge, ltc or darkcoin - exchanges will come to us, because they want to make money, because they are greedy too!

But then, lightweight guys like you already sold their coins... pfff..

Alright, Everyone. Let's not get all crazy now. If some of you want to vote than vote. If some want to do outside projects with it.. Go ahead. In the end the coin is going to get recognition. Just work with it and be cool. Don't let this thread go like BlackCoins. Let's work together when it comes to it.
