I dont think so. If it was so then Poloniex admins could freeze stolen funds and make them out of trading. Why developers do not report about stolen funds?
Or developers think - investor would like to gift 100 btc to thief just for support of DIEM?

today the buy order rised to 20 btc at 0.00000002, is a lot, if we take the average of last 2-3 months and nobody is selling at 0.00000002

Maybe because Diem is a PoS coin. When one holding his Diem`s on whallet - he get more Diem`s, then move it on Poloniex and sell for 0.00000002 or 0.00000001. The most greedy of them put orders on 0.00000003, thats why that wall so thick and i gues never will be bought.

and gorgeous diff, not any weight can move it, needs locomotive

If anyone has any old coins in your wallets please open them and leave them open for a day or so. It may help speed up the network.

More ppl will need to store coins in their home wallets. The devs had a large sum of diem before it was stolen so they ensured it was constantly staking to keep the network active.

so thats the reason why it not getting any support from polo im looking at this coin since the price is very cheap decided to check the ann and see whats the progress if i understand that correctly dev ain't showing very risky but worth to try let see how this coin will try to moved up. good luck

I bought in 0.00000002 and sold in the same. I have sent Diem coin from Poloniex to my wallet in september 2 times y 1 in octuber and the coin not are in my wallet, I have asked to getdiem.com and the oficial board about this problem, and I not have any answer yet. I not trust in this coin.
