Where was it purchased from and will you include original receipt for warranty issues?  One of the main selling points on this machine is the 10 year warranty,  but Ploom is pretty strict on it.  Ill offer $100 in BTC.

Though I am the original owner, I don't have the receipt. It was given to me as a gift.
If you can meet me in the middle @ $150, it's yours.

Can I ask why you are disappointed and what similar unit you are comparing it to?

Currently use a volcano and love it, but am interested in a portable option.

Wow, appreciate the detailed reply and a little surprised that you prefer the mflb, I have one but did not like it and haven't touched it in about a year. I am interested in pax but will have to consider the cost and get back to you.
