Lost 150 BTC from this address

After hearing about the R-value and RNG incidences,
I wondering if the private key of the address can really be derived or the intruder must have got in another way.

but it's such a big amount that I couldn't let go,

TLDR:, the address is from my blockchain.info wallet, I made a big mistake importing it to my main wallet, forgot about it, and one day decided to randomly pick an address to receive 151 BTC, turned out that I picked that address, 2 months later, 150 BTC traveled on its own out of the address, it took me 5 days to realized the loss.

I wasn't sure how I signed up for my blockchain.info wallet. I cannot find prove that I used browser to sign up that day, there is a slight chance that it could be an android device.

Considering 1 BTC = 500 USD, he has lost 75500 USD for 151 Coins. But, probably he considers it as 1 BTC = 1 USD.

It seems he did CPU mining and own thousands of coins. Back from hospital means ...he may be quite old and money does not signify much to him anymore.

People allways think its easy to "follow the money trail". Just open that tree for a few steps and you will notice that other coins come into the mix. Very fast you can no longer see where the original 150 coins are and where other coins came in.

I got hit by a string of bad luck since october, starting by popping shoulder in ocean while surfing, cracked another wrist a few months later wakeboarding, diagnosed with anal fistula, went through ass operation, upon recovery appendix suddenly bursted, went through another surgery, came back home, checked the wallet, and kaboom !

It seems there are lots of Blockchain.info phishing attacks these days. Could that be the cause? Did you have that address' private key stored in Blockchain.info?
If so, do you use Google to visit Blockchain.info? (search for the site and click the result - that makes phishing very easy, scammers buy Google Ads)

If you don't but still had the private key on Blockchain.info, maybe you used the same password on other websites.

Though I have no idea how your bitcoin was lost, I think the chance for you to get them back is very close to 0.

Fell bad for u...I have been hacked aswell. Didn`t lost that many coins but still it was a big loss for me..they really need to be stoped...they are having a very bad influence on bitcoin

I feel like more are getting hacked these days.. this is like the 3rd post I heard for a large amount of bitcoins stolen.

Seems like theres more phishing going around, usually the whole going to the old wallet address is a back up issue..

But just incase, have you contacted blockchain support? what did they say?
