there are people who support NXTL for a long time, and if they don`t follow this thread for a short time (holiday etc) , they lose their share! Are you serious?

Hey devs, good to hear that you guys are willing to keep options open, so that we may solve this like gentleman, rather than starting a riot. Since there is no need for a riot.

You need 3.5 BTC to complete the project. We need the IPO closed.

I'm 100% confident that you can raise the 3.5 BTC with an 'in-crowd' auction. I for one, would be more than willing to toss some more money your way in return for an extra stake. I'm also certain that Dzarmush wasn't completely kidding when he said he'd buy them all in order to get things going.

EDIT: since you have a list of shareholders such auction could be very easily accomplished. Allow a maximum of stakes per shareholder, allocate 100 stakes, and let the bidding begin:

I think you can raise 3.5 BTC within hours if you decide to have an in-house auction.

I think it will take you weeks to raise 3.5 BTC if you decide to extend the IPO.
