Sure he did, I'm sure he received nothing for his troubles.
My stake is like everyone else here: looking for the best deals for myself. If you don't think this is relevant info as a miner, go ahead and ignore. Doesn't bother me. But when your pre-ordered miner doesn't ROI because the company you paid gives hashing power to someone else who paid after you, you'll know why.
This was the best deal: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=575499.0 but it seems that you missed it and until now all my miners had a nice ROI. The SP30 will ROI too! Thank you for posting, your input is much appreciated here. A lot more than yours.

Thank you for posting, your input is much appreciated here. A lot more than yours. Of course, it is. Boy, I sure want to be part of that good deal. Should I click the link in your signature as well? For now, we're selling 35 miners, but the company name was involved. We might sell more in the future. Above $100K
WHOLESALE DISCOUNTS BABY! 11For large buyers only, doesn't matter if you pre-ordered and took on all the risk

Click and buy. You won't get a better deal! 1% of what you spend will go to ckolivas for cgminer support and 1% to charities!

I couldn't figure it out before but now, I too can join in the pre-orders that will arrive after the IPO that came afterwards. http://www.spondoolies-tech.com/pages/contact-usBoy, they're shipping SP10 immediately! Doesn't conflict with their info at all.

A good and strong company like spondoolies is even backing this up.
Words from the supposed manufacturer of the IPO. What happened to not endorsing the IPO, Spondoolies?

35 SP10s = 35 x 1.4 = 49TH/s That wouldn't even show up in the top 25 miners on BTC Guild (need 62TH/s for that), and BTC Guild is only the third largest pool.
It's not like someone has managed to get SP30s before everyone else. We all knew when we made our SP30 pre-orders that Spond would continue to sell SP10s.
The network is roughly at 85,000TH/s at the moment. 49TH/s is about 0.06% of the network. Six hundredths of one percent. We won't even notice it. It is not enough to cause a difficulty increase.
Spond were going to sell those 35 SP10s to someone. That hashrate was going to hit the network anyway, whether it was sold to 35 miners or one miner.
