When will the USA go to WAR?

Old, rich men decided for us in the past and I don't think that this will ever change. They got the power to bend people to their will and propaganda to 'fix' undecided. So nothing is gonna ever change.

There could be war within 5 years. As China and Russia became more powerful they became more bolder, they want to gain control. And USA would not let that happen. A simple mistake in calculation there could be war.

Germany is a dominate economic power in Europe.
Are they a military power?
Unless I missed a big change, Germany has had no large military since WW2, and the USA has bases and troops there.
Same with Japan...The countries that won WW2 didn't allow the losers to rebuild their forces, instead "we" protect them.
AFAIK that is still going on, but I might be wrong.

Yes, in case of Germany tho they are producing conventional weapons, they have restriction due to WW2 agreements for example, but they have quality army, and Germany needs no one to defend it, that the whole reason for NATO

Well, for all matters, the USA is already in a right hand war in Afghanistan and still has his left hand (or foot) on Iraq.
On war against a major nuclear power, forget about it. It's not guaranty, but MAD (mutual assured destruction) will provide for peace, as it has done in the past.
