for safety, back up your data first,
minimal data to back up would be your wallet.dat found in your datadirectory,
maximal data to back up would be you entire datadirectory.

copy them somewhere, keep them safe.

Thanks just updated my wallet and synched, looking good for now.

PS: my stake wallet forked at the "end of year / new year" then i stopped it and deleted the folder, today i just get it synched, since my wallet have around 900 mature transactions they will try stake , perhaps network speed will have some fluctuations at the begining of there stake but will back normal after that
