how is the sale different from ipo? even after the sale you are still left with 95% of the coins. that's a bit of worry.

The difference is that we have a running product. You invest partly in what already exists. NHZ has been traded freely on the market already.
In an IPO you do not see the product.. it is just words and promises. Also it has not been traded. Investors get their funds on launch. I hope you understand it better now.
If you have any more questions just ask. I suggest that you google IPO though.

We, the developers, have not yet taken out any form of compensation for our work. The funds of this sale will solely go to the development of this currency and does not belong to any of the developers. We have soon reached 12 BTC of funds.

Therefore I have decided to sell a small set of my private funds because of my private need for some btc and the fact that i have (among others) worked many many hours for this currency.

I can sell somewhat cheaper than the sale, 0.9 btc per 1M NHZ. Probably will sell no more than 1M.

PM me if interested.

Money from sale will be used for development. So you will get paid in the future, right?
Also curios what bounties you got or how many nodes you run to be able to trade "per 1M" - what implies you have multiple millions of NHZ. Sounds like you already got paid  Roll Eyes

Don't get me wrong: I like to see the devs paid for their work. But I don't like seeing them paid while saying they don't...

Btw: Where is the source so we can see what you developed beside a logo and a name replace?

Not any of the developers in the core development team will be paid in BTC. Everyone in the core development team is working for bountys, the same as for everyone else.

Yes i have several millions of NHZ.

Asking for the source clearly states that you have no idea what so ever about this currency, sorry for being this honest. It also shows that you have read absolutly nothing from the first page in this thread nor our main thread (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=551666.0)

Im not trying to flip you off, and forgive me if im too honest.

that's the point ,no one can promise dev will not sell NHZ in any time, do not forget ,dev have more than 99% NHZ.
so i think NHZ is very danger as to investors , it not like NXT or  NAS , the dev of NXT and NAS ,they just keep a little of coin ,but NHZ keeps almost all..

Please help me...you say in post #7 the source is available for public. But in fact on github are only binaries. Also, a topic wide search for the term "source" has no valuable result.

Thank you

Lol, thank you! Didn't find this link anywhere. Seems like this repo needs an update to v2.2 though Wink

I think you sell NHT too expensive. Why not let market decide?

Wow dude, please try to read better. NHZ was traded freely before the sale. We let the market decide.
