Once I receive 1000 negative feedback, I will give 0.005 BTC to a random person who has given me a negative feedback.

If you manage to give me 2000 negative feedback, I will give 0.05 BTC to the person who has given me the 2000th feedback.

Nah. A Hero account on this forum costs about that much or less. Negative feedback is essentially free.
