I once had a similar problem at mcxnow.

I kept entering the wrong password. Found the right one. Case solved.

didnt work for me. i guess their genius developer had some corruption in the code. he should have heard of valgrind

Or he could send the money to the last address.
Why the hell would he do that? What if the last transfer was made to you for whatever reason and now you try to get that MXCNow user's whole balance?

OK so how any reasonable exchange/website would handle this? Hint: they don't ask for your password. And somehow you forgot what I wrote about EMAIL. The simple solution everyone uses.

Corruption in the codeing?   Roll Eyes

I've never had an issue @ Mcxnow.

You can't call Mcxnow a "Fraud" because you can't login because you forgot your password. (Did you consider that someone could have brute-forced your password too??) IIRC not a single coin has gone missing from Mcxnow. That speaks volumes in a time where it seems every other exchange has coins "go missing" (I'm looking at your Gox & Cryptorush!)
IMO the best exchange. Fast, secure.. It's great.

That chat log still has me LOLing  Cheesy

If you went to a store and a clerk talked to you like that, would you 'LOL?'

This guy is a customer. He needed help. The service should help him.

Well shit, if he's not a professional programmer, why hasn't his exchange lost any coins?  Roll Eyes

No I'd punch the fucker.
Yeah RS shouldn't have treated you like that, but that doesn't make Mcxnow a fraud exchange.......

Yeah, there are 45 other exchanges by last count. Most have a wider selection of coins too. MCXNow looks frozen in time.

Wow that is called extremely rude support even if he is scammer then nobody should be treated like that.

well scammers should treat with kicks in the nutts and upper cuts and much more

From the other hand the support was rude for/if you are a legit customer! and here it comes the sentence damn computer monitors, you have a rude guy "in front" of you and you can beat the shit out of him.

you didn't even try to prove who you are and told him to transfer that user's balance to the last address he transferred btc to. this could be your address if you were a scammer.

the manners of RS put aside, it would have been irresponsible of him to do what you asked him to do.

read the thread again. he can still just send the money to the last addresses used, or even the first address used. or, he can get back to my email, which he didn't yet. or any other thing except the stupid question "what is your password"

The type of company you dont want to do business with, defendly no customer service in the main agenda, is great to be a talented coder but with bs quality services is a time bomb, just like mtgox.

calling a client words if enough to know what kind of exchange its!
