it's anyone's guess. that's risk of this "very excellent investment opportunity".

There is still a slight chance for MtGOX to pay out the not stolen 200K bitcoins spread as % to the remaining accounts.
However me myself would not imagine how would such a bargain with account transfering be put into reality...

On a bankruptcy, most of the money end up paying fees of courts, lawyers, officials, auction agencies....
I wouldn't put a cent on Gox.
