Hello. I want to buy BTC using paypal. I understand that i'm new customer and nobody trust me, and it is in risk. For security i can submit my ID or something else if you help it with trade with my. Thanks i waiting your offers

I dont think anyone will give you BTC for paypal. coz of reversible nature of Paypal.

Yes.  it is reversible.  Why not use skrill instead?

Hmm...one is sending ID to an unknown person, another one is accepting reversible paypal with a random ID.
