this will be unfair, if you close the giveaway soon, the 2nd batch will end up having more coins than the first batch, if you consider doing the giveaway evenly, then you can add up the first and 2nd batch  total the shares, get the percentage per share and multiply it by (250M + 175m) so you owe the first batch a certain amount of coins, or you can reopen the 2nd stage and wait till it file up to 300 applicant, the remaining 75m should be use for bounties. project and payment for the dev team

note: waiting till the list reach 300 before giving away the coin will somehow lessen the impact of this coin being instant dumped by the dumpers
