Cristo!!  Shocked Shocked Shocked
Thats like what, 1700 USD?
You could fly there and back with them
in your suitcases as "BROKEN PARTS" "FOR REPAIR" for cheaper
than that probably Cheesy

DHL called me asking what was in the box since I guess they
cant read the waybill that is in English.  Its only 80 - 100 USD tax here
thankfully.
They said oh ok, it will clear customs very quickly and be turned over
for delivery now.
Lets see if they can do the last 2 hour drive in under 3 days this time.
GULAY!

I dig through the main thread and found the FCC explanation which make sense.
However, the technical specification page for SP10 suppose to have this information listed there instead of a note on page 44 from the forum thread.

Lower performance on 120V is expected anyway so this is not a big deal for me on SP10. On the other hand, I start to be more concerned about SP30 which need even more power and it is also listed as FCC compliant. I hope SP30 FW will not limit power usage in similar way.

The default technical specs are always +-10% so it's in the margins. SP30 was advertised at 5.4TH/s which as upgraded later to 6Th/s so I say you are well within the margins don't worry Wink

They have posted in the main thread.

Apparently, tapeout for sp30 was already completed and everything is on schedule.

My sp10s went online yesterday, so everyone should receive their groupbuy units soon.

Do you mean you haven´t gotten shipment confirmation yet?

Please also keep in mind that Friday is Weekend in Israel, and some of them are at the conference.

Just pm them, maybe they missed your email.

Do you have enough cooling to run 4 units? Or have you got a DC solution?

No , everything will be installed at basement with the rest.

I have 4 industrial fans ventilating very nicely my basement.

What cooling is necessary? Do I need anything extra?

That depends on the temperatures where you live. How hot is it in summer?

Basically, you will want to have the temperature in you basement not exceeding 27°C.

At the moment is 22C, but on summertime goes up to 40C.

I wonder what I will do then. Maybe use bigger fans for faster circulation.

I believe that they can work also at +30C, but will have lower efficiency.

Please email support@spondoolies-tech.com, and we will check it ASAP.
Note it's both weekend in Israel and many of us are in Amsterdam 2014 Bitcoin conference (come say us hi if you in there!), so our response time might be a bit higher then usual.

Yesterday, I received the email with the confirmation of the shipment and the tracking number DHL,
This morning I was called by DHL informed me that the taxes and duties, for my country (Italy), amounted to € 545.69 for units, which pay on delivery.

Let's see when they arrive the miner  Wink

I paid my taxes today. -471,03 EUR (Estonia)

I was surprised, no power cord, no manual . Only Miner, four rubber pad and bill total 3200 USD.

I found power cord and connects to 220V, then start.spminer.io , I saw miner  IP address , Click an this, after that "admin" "admin"  I saw page  with agreement details - and after that, turn off the UPS.

I did not sign up anymore. IP address do not let the log on, I only got to page start.spminer.io and saw miner working.

Just not for me, only  for  this guy  http://eligius.st/~wizkid057/newstats/userstats.php/1M72Sfpbz1BPpXFHz9m3CdqATR44Jvaydd

Try a different router, still the same, only the different IP address.

http://www.spondoolies-tech.com/blogs/technical-blog  download    spond-recovery-2014-05-13.img, write image at micro cd card, I followed the instructions,

Attention,   you can get  the card back only then, when you open the miner case.

Now  miner works,   FW version is 1.3.6   instead of    1.3.7

Now I need download  FW version  1.3.7 However, the manual download  offers only 1.3.6 and  1.3.8 TEST VERSION

Now I play and overcloking  miner,  the speed of miner is 1.45Ths , FW version 1.3.6
This is story of my SP-10

Hi.
I am glad to see the miner working at 1.45Th.
The versions 1.3.6 is perfectly good for mining. 1.3.8 adds experimental WiFi support.
