I created new FW version that has option to customise DC2DC current (1.3.31-experiment).
If you have COLD ambient temperature (<25C) and slow corner May batch unit:
Set
-----
DC2DC current limit to 63
AC2DC limit to 1265
start voltage to 0.68
max voltage to 0.73
fans to 80%
------
and you just might get about ~1.5.

If you don't have slow corner May unit or don't know what Asic corner unit you have, set start voltage to 0.660. I didn't try it but it might give you a bit more.

Just monitor the DCt column in the ASIC stats that it is not over 90, and I don't know how stable it is, so if you leave it over night you might loose hash rate if it falls.

It's in custom FW downloads, 1.3.31-experiment, only for the brave for now.

I'm due to get my $3,200 SP10 today.  While I'm excited about the machine,  I'm really disappointed in that I payed $3,200 for it,  when Spondoolies lowered the price immediately after my device was payed for to 2,900.  Is there any way that people who bought before the coupon can retroactively apply it?  Companies like bitmain are very good at handling this sort of thing... how is Spondoolies?

In my opinion it is just bad luck\timing on your part. It's no surprise that miners loose value quickly, in order to be competitive you need to be able to respond to competition. I don't think Bitmain ever gave money back, just coupons to entice you to order more product. Perhaps Spoondoolies will do the same. Have you asked them?

when bitmain dropped prices from ~0.87 to ~0.65 overnight due to an obvious disparity between good and bad pricing, they issued coupons for 0.2BTC to the affected buyers from the prior 2-3 days.

that said, caveat emptor. you knew the price and paid it.

24" PCI-E cables with 16AWG wires and stripped ends - great for server PSU mods, best prices https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=563461

I agree,  it's more of a matter of where my business will go in the future.  To know I get some sort of price protection with bitmain means that my business will go there.  And I have a ticket in with them,  but I figured that others might be looking for the same thing,  so I wanted to see if anyone else had approached them...

And generally bitmain will issue coupons for sudden price changes, equal to the value of the price change minus what the mine would have mined in that time.  I've had price changes from bitmain which resulted in me getting several different valued coupons,  and I did have one time where there was a problem with their bitcoin payment system,  where they offered me a partial refund.

Perfectly reasonable, hopefully you will be a satisfied customer. As far as hardware is concerned this looks like the nicest equipment on the market hands down. Guess I will find out next week when I get mine.

Yikes, how do miners make ROI when they have to pay 20-25% of the value of the miner in import taxes?

2x SP10 finally arrived, US customs released the captives..

Packaging kept miners totally safe and is NOT foam, good idea and design.

booted, configured, load balanced, FW upgraded both are running smooth in test lab, DC is adding another circuit this week so no production stats, but my lab is in standard US home and runs on 120V. SP10 results are:

Temp Front/Back   -   #1 (36C/74C), #2 (36C/70C)
Mining Rate/Watts  -   #1(1346.625/1170), #2(1349.55/1178)

I have run on Eligius & GHash, speed was confirmed on both pools and there is NOT the extreme Duplicates that I see with the S2. In fact the SP10's have been running for a few hours and have yet to submit a reject while operating in hot environment on 120V..  VERY Impressed!!

I am so excited to see these run in the DC..

Thanks to ST & Roadstress
