I am looking to generate a list of potential buyers who have purchased one of HASHRA's new Moonraker or ASTRO miners. I will be building a case to hopefully begin sometime of litigation process against Simon Bright and his HASHRA organization for defrauding buyers.

I just thought that I would add this.  It appears that they have updated there website on its shipping dates so they are still around and still trying to sell. Prior to the start of the New Year it read shipping by the end of December.  Below is the update.  I have written them several times and the last response I received was on December 18th that shipping was on schedule for the end of December.  Obviously that did not happen.

Q: If I place an order now, when will I get my order?
A: This depends when your payment reaches our account. As soon as your payment has cleared in our account we will process your order and will do our best to get it out to you as soon as possible though may take up to 7 days to send out due to us fulfilling other orders before yours. Please note though some products maybe be coming in stock in the future, it will say on the product description page if this is the case and when those products will be shipping by.

lifeforcepools - Hashra reseller - has locked his thread after some posters questioned his lack of communication and other issues:

Anyone who purchases from lifeforcepools via PayPal should be very careful to not miss any dispute deadlines. His last promise was that the miners will ship "end of this week", but so far there is no proof of anything that would indicate the miners even exist.

I have been told  I will be getting a refund (After 4 and a half months of delays) ill let you know what comes of it. Thus far its been over a week and have heard nothing after giving them my back information.. perhaps an identity theft scam... which could really escalate his ranks among the authorities. I will keep everyone posted as to whether or not I actually get a refund.

I agree. However, I've known giveen for a long time. He was a key player in going after FIB. He's always been a straight shooter.
So i don't doubt the posts he made in HT. I am more inclined to think Hashra may be trying to appease him until whatever happens next. It sure would be nice if Simon actually does ship hardware by the beginning of Feb and the equipment does hash higher. Not holding my breath tho.
