Yes it is. You need yo set the marucoin kernel to mine x13:

Quote
Example usage - MaruCoin:
Code:
Code:
GPU_MAX_ALLOC_PERCENT=100 ./sgminer -k marucoin -o <host>:<port> -u <user> -p <password> -I 18 -g 4 -w 128

X11 algorithm is similar to the other with darkcoin?

Is this correct? Developers

look in marucoin thread, x13 is NOT x11.. It is x11 with two more algos

Well i had hoped it wouldn't happen, but it is likely that the coin will get hammered at launch due to there being an x13 version of SG miner for GPU.

So, things to look out for at launch..

Those of you who have been on coin launches: You will know about how the difficulty wont increase as quick as the amount of network hash rate being pumped in. most of you will just accept that and understand that this is normal and will cause a fair few orphaned blocks.

For those people who have never experienced this before: 'Dont stress, dont spam the forum saying the coin is shit, dont give me a hard time, but most of all just, be patient!! the difficulty will rise soon enough and the amount of orphaned blocks will slow down until everyone is happy Smiley

If long rumored increase in x11 diff at launches attributed to Chnese FPGA farms turns out to be true, hopefully this will slow them down. X11 coins haven't been profitable to mine after launch in a long time!
