The "Check New Deposit" function is not working at all.
Can you be more specific? When you push that button what happens, does this message apear - https://i.imgur.com/osCHGXF.png or nothing happens at all? |

The "Check New Deposit" function is not working at all.
Can you be more specific? When you push that button what happens, does this message apear - https://i.imgur.com/osCHGXF.png or nothing happens at all? This message shows up whether there is new deposit coming or not. |

This message shows up whether there is new deposit coming or not. You deposited and the money didn't show up in your balance, is this what happened? I just tested it and deposits work. We wait for 1 confirmation which is maybe why it tells you that there is no new deposit even if there is? |

Deposited .12 and got to .13, then withdrew my coins. Everything worked well and the deposit was fast.

We wait for 1 confirmation which is maybe why it tells you that there is no new deposit even if there is? Sorry. By "Check new deposit" I thought it meaning checking unconfirmed deposit. |

Deposited .007 Withdrew .07 but I have to wait until the coins get withdrawn from cold storage before I receive my BTC back. On your website it says that takes 24 hours, How much longer until I get my BTC back? (It's been almost 2 days now)

We sent that yesterday ( https://blockchain.info/tx/f372a902e038f73a580d43e0a647de5507ab9ceb16c0d4e5c1a0728a3b456f4f), actually it was 4 hours before you wrote that message (unless i am missing some timezone differences). Sorry that it took little bit longer than it usually does. |
