At least they are not ordering a contract killer to get rid of their math teacher.
I believe it would cost much more coins than just fake id  Grin Grin
By the way, i never read an article about contract killers using bitcoin..
You can pay them with just about anything these days. You won't find such news, but I'm sure that some would accept bitcoin.
One can find all kinds of things (including these IDs) in the 'Deep Web'.

News headline of century:

"Before bitcoins came about, kids were buying fake ID with cash". Very surprising, right??

This is just the ordinary web. I don't think that anyone calls it the 'surface web'.  Cheesy
Indeed, you should stay away from the Deep Web and all related illegal activity there.

Well, I call it the surface web. It's just the antonym to "deep", so that's my thought process.

The deep web isn't very cool anyways, I have no interest in anything there anyways. Anything that I am interested in that may be available there I can find legally and from a licensed company. Cheesy

Hey, if CNN covers this, something tells me localbitcoins traffic will increase by 50%.  Someone note Alexa traffic rankings and mark my words!

So what, my cousin bought fake IDs from China using a credit card, you just buy a "toy" and in the toy comes 2 fake IDs. He showed me the whole process and got them pretty quick. BTC isn't some thing that magically allows everyone to start doing illegal things. The illegal things were happening in cash/credit cards before BTC existed.

non-story.

Okay then, I'm just saying that it usually isn't called that way.  Wink
Actually the deep web is much better than this one, much more interesting but dangerous as well.  Cool

Children will be Children.
It could be worse.

Agreed and bad journalists will be... well you know.

Isn't it funny how such an obvious fact is overlooked by the media in this case.  They would love to act like all of a sudden kids stopped using the dollar and their buying all the fake id's, lol.

Wow kids are using bitcoin for fake IDs?!

Adults, grown men in suits use fiat to fund bank heists and fund wars that wreck nations and threaten the economy. When THEY are in prison, then I'll worry about a kid getting a fake ID.  Roll Eyes

You say "anti government" like that's a bad thing...

Unfortunate times will bring out the best in good people and the worst in bad people
