I think it should be per stake, not per person, so if someone buys 35 stakes they should get 35 extra shares if there are unsold coins to distribute, but I want to check before I buy 35 stakes.

If you are willing to buy 35 stakes, then its more money for the dev and he will change the terms as you wish.  He is likely to change the terms as and when needed so that he can earn the most.

You cant ask for your btc again... You get what you paid for. To be honest, i think the change of IPO it´s unfair, but you get your coins so it´s to late. That´s the risk of invert in an ipo without scrow.
