No, we will have the wallets at launch and are working with people to provide them.  Those bounties are going to be claimed if the releases are provided as expected at the time of launch.  If not ... they will stand open.  The OP will be updated more frequently close to launch (in about 5.5 hours) to update on status.  If we need additional help, believe me, we'll ask!

Not sure what countdown you're looking at.  Check the OP?  We will release the wallets in ~5.5 hours.  The site will actually be delayed for about an hour or two after the mining starts since coins need to mature by 120 confirmations before they're spendable (and so the site will be blank for at least about ~2 hours after launch).

Anyone have strong feelings on that, btw?  We're ok releasing the blank site a few hours before it can be truly used, but just don't want to cause confusion.
