not at the moment it seems!
you could spend it for graphic design though, i am still accepting HKC.

if you read my other posts above you maybe understand i'm trying to get the coin back on 2 exchanges.
but this needs some investment of btc or daily clicks to vote the coin up.

i am also holding a significant amount of HKC and would be ready to invest a bit of btc to get back to trading.

for their service so my guess is the dev ran out of money so they stopped the service. not sure where the coins went.

i would like to discuss some serious ideas about how to rebuild something IN hongkong and WITH the support of real hk residents using if possible the remaining wallet code and the HKC coin shortform.
