Did you file a claim at http://www.ic3.gov/complaint/default.aspx or anywhere else? If so, what kind of response did you receive?

I'm not in the US, besides I'm sure Mulder & Skully are busy with more important duties.

No response yet from my local online scam reporting centre.

Since Blackarrow doesn't like this link to be posted on their thread, I'll post it here:

wow! I thought butterfly labs was bad from what I learned in the past few days but this company takes the cake. Surely nobody who didn't want a bfl miner ordered here did they?

You have a conman Romanian (just learned this by the internet) living in Britain with the company registered in British Virgin Islands supposedly building miners in Hung Kong for mostly the US market off a shitty website through resellers one being a pot smoker from Missouri but moved to Colorado the first of the year when pot was legalized. The only saving grace is that all those who paid by credit cards will have no problem getting their money back. That will put a dent in their operation for sure.

Quote
Blackarrow states that Alexandru Ion Sovu is a reseller based in the UK:

Quote from: blackarrow
This was 10 years ago. Some people change. No matter what were his circumstances back then, Mr. Sovu is our re-seller in UK and has never failed us in 5 years since we work with him. We gave him credit, and always repaid us without any issues. Mr. Sovu is a great gentleman and one of the most honest people we know."

wow! blackarrow, probably written by Alex himself, is stating that Alex Sovu is only a re-seller and the most honest people they know. As honest I guess as Josh first meeting Sonny K who later turns out to be Sonny V. Is there any miner supplier companys that are honest?

Only guessing but it could be like Butterfly Labs, they actually have the units, they mine with them until they do not profit anymore, then of course release the units to you, when they are worthless. Only a guess, but it was obvious BL was doing it.

I personal know that the BL part is true.

I'm back!!!  Grin Grin Grin

I finally got my Internet and Main PC set up in the new place.

I've been taking full advantage of my new freedoms.

Here is the first recreational dispensary we hit when we got to Colorado. It is about 8 blocks from me.  Cheesy

Mmmmm... Tasty.  Cheesy

Deeeecent game with some Excellent buds.  Wink  We had 2 days with no internet, The trailerpark boys game was all we had for entertainment.  Grin

Its time to get back to work.

Maco and I have been talking on the phone while I have been in the process of moving and we have even more people on board now to help improve 42. This is a very exciting time to be a part of 42.

We are always looking for talented individuals who want to help. If you have a talent that we can use and want to be a part of the 42 team please PM Maco or Myself.

There are alot of new and exciting things happening with 42, way more than we could ever have imagined when we initially launched.
None of this would be possible without you, the investor, the miner, the consumer. A coin is nothing without a community behind it.

Smoking left-handed cigarettes has about as much relavence to this cluster-fuck as Jack Daniels.

All that matters is that customers get what they pay for, in this case hashing power on or around February 24th 2014.

It's currently June 23rd 2014 and the next difficulty jump is about 17 billion. This is 5.5x greater than on February 24th 2014. BA now owes every X3 customer 11Th/s and every X1 customer 550Gh/s.

BA and it's resellers simply can't deliver. We have been scammed weather they ship our obsolete units or not. It's clear customers won't be receiving any compensation for the lies and broken promises based on BA's refusal to discuss the topic in their updates.

Yeah I can concur, utter fraud, they have $2k of my hard earned cash. The DyslexicZombie GB team are as culpable as BA, they took peoples money, gave it to the pot head reseller, and are now apparently employed by same reseller!! Meanwhile everyones refusing refunds even though original GB deal clearly stated "refund up to shipping date".

Well the matter is not going away, and they will find themselves facing legal action soon or later...
