I can no longer sign into my account, please help

Yesterday, I suddenly couldn't sign into my account.  My user name is TanteStefana, and when I try to recover my password, the email never arrives.  Where can I report the problem please?  I've looked over the forums, and I think this is the correct place to post.  Please direct me if I am wrong, thank you very much.

Try deleting your cookies and cache. If you know your password this might be the fix for you.

I've goten a cokie error in the past a couple of times. Deleting cookies fixed it.

THIS! It worked for me in the past.

I used an extension called click&clean so I wouldn't have to delete cookies other websites might be using. It helps you delete cookies seperately by website.

Check your "e-mail spam folder" - I am pretty sure you'll find it there - as I know this feature works fine on this forum.

And next time you should consider to set up a "Secret Question"

To help retrieve your password, enter a question here with an answer that only you know. Using this feature is not recommended. Anyone who guesses your secret answer will have access to your account. It's like a second password.

It's a problem on all computers I've tried to log in with (3 different computers, one device)  But no go.  Thanks for trying!  It never shows up in my spam folder either.  Is there a support area for accounts?

I do have a secret question, but it is one that I don't think I would have chosen because there would be multiple possible answers.

For account recovery, you need to send a PM to theymos (the admin) and prove you are the owner of the account.

Yes, it is said that if you can sign a message with the bitcoin address associated with the account, you can prove ownership. It seems impossible now. The old account is corrupted or something, stats are very strange...

My mistake, I ignored the whole branch of altcoin subforum, so I can only see 9 posts. If I cancel the ignore, I am sure I can view all 1600 posts. So, just pick a bitcoin address you posted form one of your old posts and send some coins from that address with a signed message. Don't know what to write, may be something along the lines TanteStefana and TanteStefana2 is the same person and you would like to reset the password. Then PM theymos.
