I'm looking for a 120GB SSD or larger; not all of my programs will fit on a 60GB one alongside Windows, and I'd rather not leave them on a HDD when I upgrade. Good luck with your sale!
Also, the general idea of escrow is for it to be safe for both sides; the buyer sends coins to the escrow, the seller sends the item (tracked, for proof), then the escrow releases the coins to the seller. In the event of any dispute, both parties work with the escrow to prove their side and agree on a fair resolution. There are a few other similar methods (such as the seller sending the item to the escrow, receiving the coins, then the escrow sends the item to the buyer, for example) but this is the most common due to the low cost.
