Each block is stacked on top of the previous one. Adding another block to the top makes all lower blocks more difficult to remove: there is more "weight" above each block. A transaction in a block 6 blocks deep (6 confirmations) will be very difficult to remove.

Got a block of 1 coin, then sgminer restarted, this has happened a couple of times
Whats going on?
Something not right!
Hate these new algos!

There are some problems with scrypt algo - difficulty is too low but it is not possible to find blocks. Moreover, blocks are literally raining, more than 1 block/sec are being generated.

Dev please look into scrypt algo. there seems to be a problem with blocks
Can't find blocks on scrypt and on sha-256 blocks are found twice a second

still can't find blocks on scrypt Dev is it intended to generate 1700 blocks with sha-256 in 30 minutes and 0 on scrypt? I don't think so.. I guess you should relaunch |
