WHY is that? Cant you guys count? Come on over 100 million pretty bad miss.
Obviously the dev team of this coin doesn't know how to properly program a coin, seeing as the very basic limits are already broken.
TLDR: Don't waste your electricity on this. even if you get it for free - until they realize how to fix it or drop out completely.

Lol Moneysupply means the total number of coins mined so far..now a days this is added in every pow+pos coins ..
